Safety Class Rosters for 2012

Safety class certifications are good for three years, i.e if you attended class in 2010, 2011 or 2012 your certification is valid for 2012. If your certificate is from a year prior to 2010 then it is no longer valid.

Background Checks for Volunteers

All local Little Leagues are required to conduct background checks on managers, coaches, board of directors members and any other persons, volunteers or hired workers, who provide regular service to the league and/or have repetitive access to, or contact with, players or teams. Individuals are also required to complete and submit a Little League Volunteer Application to their local league.

All League Safety Plans Approved

District 38 has made Safety First for the sixth year in a row 100% of our Leagues have made a Safety Plan and they have all been approved by Willamsport. A big Thank-you to all of you that worked so hard, your efforts have earned a 20% discount on your leagues insurance and a $350 discount on the district insurance as well. Now lets not let down, make sure the plans are implemented. Remember Little League means safety, fun, and sportsmanship.
